Everything is almost good but there is no bath towel and doormat when you come out of the bathroom its delicate that you will slide because of wet floor..wifi is a little bit slow and too pricey ?
The staff don't know English or there is no facility for taxis Even available bell boys and room services are straight away refusing the things to borrow if we are guests at least they should serve
Staff hospitality, price Valuable and cleanliness
Location is good near to market you can walk and get your food and daily essential. Language is a barrier at reception but the house keeping staff speak hindi, urdu and english
Helpful staff but junior ones can’t cope with basics (where can I eat. WiFi password?). Smells fresh and linen good.
The reception staff was great, especially Al Anoud, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and the first person at the reception in Saudi Arabia I’ve encountered who speaks fluent English! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel features modern facilities. The bathrooms were awesome and spotless, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was very fast, and the location is really good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Very clean, staff are hospitable, smiling and helpful, answering phone to guide me my way to them and for booking confirmation before my arrival, also the location was good for me according to my work place
Very neat and clean and specially the staff was very nice and polite i must mention her name Miss Al Anoud also she speaks english as well.
Breakfast was not included in the package, location was bit difficult to find on google map. Al Anoud the receptionist was hospitable and helpful. The lift of the apartment has slight technical problem which was sorted out later. Over all good experience.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The private covered car parking was a plus, as due to weather condition. The location is easily approachable. I would recommend them, as the price was decent and room was spacious too.
